Before you start
- Your vehicle or item. Choose its category, then add the make or manufacturer, model or description and year where known. Enter mileage in kilometres or operating hours only where they apply.
- Condition and history. Describe known faults, repairs and missing components. Choose Unknown or Not applicable for service history when appropriate. Leave optional identifiers and registration details blank if unknown; do not guess.
- Your next step. Choose the Motordeal listing you are considering separately from the item you want to trade. Review both before submitting.
Submitting your details starts a conversation. Confirm any valuation, inspection arrangements and sale or trade-in terms with our team.
The form has four steps: Item details, History & condition, Your details and Review. Continue does not send your enquiry. Use Back or the Edit buttons in Review to make corrections before sending.
What photos should I prepare?
Use clear daylight photos showing the whole item from several angles, plus relevant interior, controls, usage readings or part labels. Include close-ups of faults and damage. Keep identity documents and personal information out of the photos. Follow the upload limits shown in the form; photos are not saved in device drafts.
What happens after I enquire?
- Check the confirmation. A saved draft has not been submitted. Look for confirmation after sending; if receipt is unclear, contact the team before sending again.
- Discuss your item. Confirm that Motordeal can assist with the category, and discuss any further information or inspection arrangements.
- Confirm the terms. Agree any valuation, purchase or trade-in terms with the team before making arrangements. The enquiry itself is not an offer or reservation.
